Praying is pretty much the same.
All the schools chant and prostrate the same or similarly, except Zen and Tibetan Buddhism. Zen practitioners do normally do not chant or prostrate as much as other schools. Tibetan Buddhists prostrate from the standing position to the position onto the ground with the entire body.
